§Kapitel 1. UCS@school-Update

Dieses Dokument enthält die Changelogs mit den detaillierten Änderungsinformationen zum Update von UCS@school von Version 4.2 v2 nach 4.2 v3. Sofern notwendig, werden wichtige Hinweise zum Update in einem separaten Abschnitt behandelt. Die Changelogs werden nur in Englisch gepflegt. Die Änderungsinformationen für vorherige Versionssprünge finden sich unter https://docs.software-univention.de/.

§1.1. Generelle Hinweise zum Update

Während der Aktualisierung kann es zu Ausfällen von Diensten innerhalb der Domäne kommen. Aus diesem Grund sollte das Update innerhalb eines Wartungsfensters erfolgen. Grundsätzlich wird empfohlen das Update zunächst in einer Testumgebung einzuspielen und zu testen. Die Testumgebung sollte dabei identisch zur Produktivumgebung sein.

§1.2.1. Source package ucs-school-umc-wizards

  • A traceback in the UCS@school class wizard has been fixed. It is now possible again to remove school classes (Bug 45018).

§1.2.2. Source package ucs-school-metapackage

  • The UCS@school portal entry icon is now a scalable SVG image (Bug 44667).

§1.2.3. Source package ucs-school-radius-802.1x

  • New UCR variables have been added to enable/disable the option copy_request_to_tunnel for TTLS or PEAP. The variable names are freeradius/conf/auth-type/ttls/copy_request_to_tunnel and freeradius/conf/auth-type/peap/copy_request_to_tunnel. By default the option is disabled (Bug 44920).
  • Add support for kerberos principals as username in radius helper ucs-school-ntlm-auth (Bug 44955).
  • A syntax error in the script ucs-school-802.1x.postrm has been fixed (Bug 44901).
  • Support different notations of station ids (e.g. 11:22:33:44:55:66 or 1122.3344.5566 or 11-22-33-44-55-66) in radius helper ucs-school-ntlm-auth (Bug 44917).
  • A basic logging mechanism has been added for debugging purposes to the radius helper ucs-school-ntlm-auth (Bug 44919)
